🌍 We Ship Worldwide!

Yes, we’re proud to offer global shipping so your pets can enjoy Furever Plus anywhere in the world.

Enjoy FREE Shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts are applied).
Orders under $50 qualify for our standard delivery option at just $7.99 (U.S. and international).


🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note:

  • We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even for express shipping.

  • Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed.

  • You’ll receive a tracking email within 48 hours after your order ships.

Example: If you place an order on Monday, it will typically ship by Wednesday.

📧 Order & Tracking Updates

You’ll receive two emails:

  1. Order Confirmation (within 48 hours of purchase)

  2. Shipping Confirmation with your tracking link (once dispatched)

If tracking updates are delayed, please allow 1–4 days for the carrier to refresh the status.
Occasionally, tracking may not update in real time — but your package is still on its way.


🏠 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping and billing details are correct before checking out.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause 1–2 business days of additional processing delay.

If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@fureverplus.com.
We’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee address changes once processing begins.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it (at your cost) or issue a refund.


✍️ Delivery & Signatures

Most packages are delivered directly to your mailbox or doorstep.
If the courier deems the area unsafe, they may hold the package at your local post office or reschedule delivery.
For secure delivery, we recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive it.
